家中多套房产，手中却没钱花！

近期，我走访了多位从事保洁工作的大姐们。他们都是城市城中村的人，由于发展征地，他们补赏房子最少都有3套100平以上，最多12套房子；

我问：“你们这么富有，一套房子，市值最少50万，这多房，卖出去也是100万富翁，1000万富豪。干嘛还干一月不足2000元的工作，何必受苦受气呢？”

多人回答：“房子不能当钱花，是钢筋混凝土；自己赚的不多，够生活了，活的快乐，有事干。很好的”

我很惊讶：“一语道破天机啊！”

房子只有，有人愿意出钱卖出的价值才是钱！“钱是流动的，死水不动不叫钱！ ”

许多人还沉浸在自己有N多房子，价值千万，身价过亿！错了！那不是钱，是石头。不信你去拿房买商品，有人给你才怪呢？

许多人忽视这点，“只有流动起来，创造价值的才叫钱”你把钱放家里，那叫一些纸；你把钱拿去买购物，那叫消费的钱；你把钱拿去经营公司，那叫投资赚钱！……

我们将钱用起来，流动起来！不炫富，不比房子、车子多少！你才会有钱，整个市场才有钱！社会上选择越来越多，满足不同层次的需求，大家都富有了！
