1.最好是有经验的老师指导，学习正确的能量练习方法，然后再开始辟谷，这样效果才好，更加的安全。

2.辟谷前一定要得到家里人的同意，工作上安排到位，既然选择辟谷养生调整身心了，最好参加辟谷学习班，有一个好的环境能让自己更加轻松的进入辟谷状态。

3.辟谷是需要能量练习和辟谷老师指导的，和断食是有本质的区别，不懂辟谷的人绝对不能以断食误认为是辟谷，这样会对身体造成伤害。

4.重病患者和身体极虚弱的人不适合辟谷，需要通过常规的能量练习一段时间后，等健康强健了再进行辟谷。

5.如果在辟谷期间出现各种反应一般均为正常现象，只要精神状态好就行，必要可以请教老师。

6.身体差的人并不一定非要辟谷，可以通过我们的能量练习，同样可以起到调理身体，起到养生的作用。
