梁学荣:对事业部战略性人力资源的干预

所谓战略性人力资源是指在事业部战略计划执行中起关键作用的人才。例如，事业部立项的某个产品是上升到事业部乃至公司层面的重大战略性产品，那么这一项目负责人是谁，按照什么任职条件任命，如何对其进行激励和考核等就是公司层面十分关注的事情。而对于常规项目，梁学荣老师在事业部培训课程中分析道，项目负责人的任命过程几乎被视为事业部内部事务，总部基本不太干涉。因此，对事业部的战略级任务及其相关人力资源，总部要列出清单并予以关注。

战略性人力资源的干预方式一般为：

1、战略性人力资源的选派权依然下放至事业部，但总部要安排职能部门详细过问有关人选，如有不妥，事业部要提出调整；

2、在项目推进过程中，总部严格实行进度、质量监控，出现不妥则进行干预，甚至提出更换人选；

3、战略性人选要经过总部审批才能被任命。
